These terms cover your use of emeraldgrove.top and any order you place with us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where shown. Payment is taken at checkout.

If a price is listed in obvious error we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel without charge.

Delivery

We ship across Canada. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and courier delays are outside our control. See the shipping policy.

Returns

Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything here. Our return terms are set out in the refund and returns policy.

Product descriptions

Natural fibres vary. Colour, weave and weight differ slightly between batches, and screens show colour differently. A variation of that kind is not a fault.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss that follows directly from our failure to meet these terms. We are not responsible for indirect loss, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which our business is registered.
