Ordering

Can I change an order after placing it? If it has not been picked, yes — contact us quickly and we will amend or cancel it.

Do you hold stock? Yes. What the product page shows is what is on the shelf.

Sizing and materials

How do your sizes run? To Canadian standard sizing. Where a garment runs small or large we say so on the product page.

What are the fabrics? Natural fibres — cotton, linen and wool blends. Each product page lists the exact composition and the wash instructions.

Will the colour match the photograph? Closely, but natural fibres take dye unevenly between batches and screens vary. Small differences are normal.

Delivery and returns

How long will it take? Typically 2 to 7 business days across Canada after dispatch. See the shipping policy.

How do I return something? Thirty days, unused, original packaging. The returns policy has the steps.

Care

How should I wash these? Cool wash, low spin, dry flat. Cotton and linen soften with every wash; hot water and tumble drying are what shorten their life.
