Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

Across Canada. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

Processing

Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are usually picked the same day. Orders placed at a weekend are picked the next business day.

Transit

Most Canadian addresses receive their parcel within 2 to 7 business days once dispatched. Remote and northern addresses take longer, and winter weather adds time.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and basket weight, and is shown before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase the courier.

Problems

If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 7 days so we can open a claim while the courier still holds the record.
